CloudTalk doesn't achieve this with a cleverer deployment tool. It achieves it by fixing the programming model. Components and their connections are expressed directly in code, so the implementation expresses the architecture instead of merely implementing it.

Components and connectors map directly onto deployment resources. Add placement and configuration to the architecture and it becomes the deployment specification—without a separate IaC definition.
